The Southwest Epigenetics Meeting · 2026
The consortium's annual meeting comes to Albuquerque — keynotes, methods workshops, single-cell to environmental epigenetics, and the people building the field across the Southwest.
About the meeting
SWEC 2026 brings together researchers, trainees, and core-facility staff from all fourteen member institutions and beyond. Over three days you'll hear the latest in DNA methylation, chromatin, single-cell epigenomics, and the environmental exposures that shape Southwestern health.
Mornings are keynotes and talks; afternoons run hands-on methods workshops and the Atlas data clinic. Evenings are for posters, the fellowship showcase, and New Mexican food under the Sandias.
